The best part of this release is that the nice subtle cover art is not hampered by the Blu bar across the top! It was sorta expected with the other "older" releases but its nice that they know the value of art.

I hope Disney continues with this trend and maybe others will follow suit.

They look gorgeous without any marketing crap plastered all over.
I hope every future steelbook follows suit.

Many other blu-ray Steelbooks were blue ribbon free.

I noticed that the huge number of UP SteelBooks have been drastically reduced at my local shop.

I was there tonight and only 7 copies remain. I thought these would stay on the shelves a lot longer.

I agree, not about the price reduction, but about the amount left in store.

I was at Calgary's largest FS yesterday and there were maybe 12 copies left, and a few Sleeping Beauties that look like returns

Let's see if they don't show back up within 30 days as returns. Sounds like someone with some wishful thinking picked up a stack of 'em for the 'Bay.

I think it might actually be regular customers picking them up. Steelbooks seem to be getting more popular with regular Joe blu-ray buyer since FS has been running these promotions. I think the TF2 trojan horse strategy is maybe starting to pay off.

I've been noticing more people every week just picking up a single copy for themselves.
Of the three FS I've been to, all three of them started with a ton of copies but only had a handful left after two days.

Didn't want to tip people off, but now that I bought it (last night), the Future Shop in Brampton (Bovaird/410) and Mississauga (Dixie/Dundas) had about 5 copies left each.

its weird that I haven't gotten mine yet. Got the shipping notice 2 days agao. And I live only 30 minutes from Missisauga. All the other ones I got the day after receiveng the shippping notice. I guess I'll wait it out till Monday but if it's not here than I'll have to kick some ass. lol

I walked into a different Future Shop on Tuesday from my regular one. They still had two SNOW WHITE SteelBooks on the shelves! I don't think they are returns because that wouldn't really make sense considering they were deposits for the movies.

I never would've thought to find those still on the shelves!
