I may be in the minority on this, but I don't like the new look (even if it is only a concept design). I really thought the original suit looked cool. No need to make it even more high-tech. Remember, Isaac is a repair guy, not a soldier.

Awesome. I loved the first game but didn't like how limited exploration was. A whole city to explore sounds fun!

Dead Space was kind of a sleeper. I don't think the original release got much attention (or play). Compare the DS1 thread to topics like Uncharted, GTA, COD, etc. I think there is great risk for disappointing fans of DS1, myself included. But, for those who become interested in DS1 in the near future, because of the upcoming DS2, the changes in gameplay might be attractive. I think DS1 will be hard to follow and keep the spirit of the original game intact. I hope I am surprised.

I agree with you, about the new suit. It's far too slim.

I need some help. I have a Panasonic 54" S1 model tv. My PS3 is hooked up with HDMI, and it is set up for HDMI settings. However, Dead Space is only coming through as 720p. I just recently played Assassin's Creed 2 and it came through as 1080 fine. IDK why it is doing this, because on the back of the case it says Dead Space supports 1080p resolution, and my tv is 1080p native resolution. Can anyone help me?

The enemy character model looks a little angular and not so sharp but apart from that, all good/great!

Its not just the suit thats campy its the whole new story line. Issac is going into eradicate the Necromorph's because hes the only one who knows how? This sounds like a 90's action movie and not in a good way.

Yeah I gotta say I am nervous how this turns out! IMO what made it so great was the feeling of complete loneliness.. That'll be gone of you run around in a city

I think you can be lonely in a city as long as everyone is dead lol. I think it would be cool if you had different contacts you go to in the game and they all start dying one by one. Like you leave one contact in one part of the city and then go back to find him only to find that he wants to now rip your face off. That would be kinda cool.
