Seinfeld with out a doubt. I can still watch it after all these years and still be entertained. Have tried to watch Friends an several occasions and both me and my lady agree it hasn't aged very well. Not sure what I ever saw in it actually. My opinion of it has definitely changed.

Well I like both shows but I think I'd prefer Friends.

I don't know. Seinfeld seems a little more tongue-in-cheek I guess. Like it's purposely being silly. Friends seems a bit more natural to me.

Kinda hard to explain. I do like both shows though. I just tend to watch Friends reruns more.

Seinfeld's humor is just so clever, and I love it when the stories from episodes collide. Friends is great too, but sometimes they just kept reminding you of the same jokes... "We were on a break!" etc.

Seinfeld all the way. Another good comparison would be Seinfeld vs Curb Your Enthusiasm, now that would be a tough call.

Seinfeld, although I find the humor a bit dated. But I like Friends too because it stars Jennifer Aniston.

I don't see how this is even a comparison, they're not similar other than being 30 minute comedies that aired on NBC.

I was nearly 2 when Seinfeld began and 10 when it ended so what I remember of it was from syndication... but Friends lasted into my teens and I caught up on the early stuff from syndication as well (back then... before TV on DVD was even a thing) so I basically grew up with it more.

Even now when catching episodes of Seinfeld it just doesn't seem all that funny to me, but I will catch myself watching a good chunk of Friends if I happen to be flipping through broadcast tv. Seems like Friends had more of a plot than just being "about nothing" like Seinfeld famously is.

Seinfeld is like the anti-Friends, if they ever met up the universe would implode or something.

Friends.
I re watched both of them recently. Both are great comedies.Friends brings emotions much better and get us connected to characters easily.

I’m 34 and had to google Seinfeld as I’ve never heard of it yet it’s beating Friends in the poll.

Back under my rock I go....apparently
