I never even upgraded from DVD to Blu-ray for this one, so a 4K release would be most welcome in my collection!

I would love a UHD of Gremlins 2. The original might be a classic but the 2nd film is still my favorite.

I really wish studios would just package films with 2 entries together and call it a day.

Same issue with Wayne's World and the Addams Family from Paramount... great releases but I get the feeling I'm never getting Wayne's World 2 or Addams Family Values.

Is there a definitive blu-ray of this ? I'm region free so any country is fine . Of course a UHD would be better, Sad day Hulk been looking great , This is a shocker . RIP!

This feels like a title WB would license to Shout or Arrow for the 4K UHD release.

The Warner disc of the first one has been out for long enough, honestly would love to see them license them both for a box set release via a boutique label, and they could be given the extras they really deserve.

...which would be a couple of new featurettes with people repeating what they'd already said in the previous special features plus some dreck from random podcasters.

The extras they already have are fine. Also Warner aren't letting these go to anyone else, Gremlins is still a huge franchise for them in terms of merchandise.

Seeing as we might be getting a Gremlins 3, I don't think WB is looking to license out Gremlins 2 anytime soon (if at all, tbh). I have a feeling WB wants to keep this franchise to themselves.
