Damn I already went to BB and bought the Steelbook, Now where to go to get a good deal on the 3D disc solo? Is Ebay my only option?

Check the trading forums here. There are guys selling single discs they don't want. Most are US based though, I messaged one guy to see if he'd ship to Canada...

Plenty if eOne titles in stores now. May have just taken longer to strike a contract with them.

Target have steelbooks for The Mummy and Baywatch so based on Kong being the Target exclusive I can see those being the "steelcases". Last edited by Hayabusa85; 07-20-2017 at 10:41 AM. |

I'm curious to see how much they will be selling Slither for this week, and I'm hoping they start to get in some old Shout/Scream titles as well. |

I really hope Sunrise and eOne find an effective business plan for selling the catalogue titles from Shout and Criterion. If they're able to target HMV's ~29-34 price range for these titles that would be wonderful. The old Sunrise Records I knew of (on Yonge St TO) really jacked up prices on all their catalogue titles ($45+). I know Yonge St is prime real estate, and that could account for their crazy pricing, so I'm hoping the nation wide mall audience offsets this.
In any case, I was kinda impressed with Sunrise's pricing when I visited the SQ1 location. Lots of 2/20 films, and some good choices for $12-14 - ie. Godfather single releases. Hope they can keep this trend up! As far as Disney goes, there's a big audience there, but there are a number of outlets now that guarantee D$ release day titles, but once that stock dwindles, there's nothing outside a handful of DVDs of generic content. Would be nice to see the two-pack Blu/DVD combos make their way into Sunrise's catalogue. |

I was over at the CrossIron Mills location a few weeks ago, seems like that location had quite a bit more eOne titles than Chinook had when I dropped by there just last week.
One other woe I'd like to express (that hasn't been brought up yet) is with the fact that the only Well Go USA titles that Sunrise has in stock are Railroad Tigers and Operation Mekong, both recent. I do hope that Sunrise would at least consider stocking popular/acclaimed titles from them such as Phantasm, Train to Busan, The Wailing, and the Ip Man films. |
