He slipped off my radar after Heroes. I saw he was in Big Ass Spider and wrongly assumed he was doing nothing but crap now but Star Wars and a stint on Masters of Sex. Not bad at all. Kinda surprised they got him back now if I'm honest. |

I sure hope these returning characters aren't going to be treated like they were the last time.

It would make sense to bring back Mohinder... if they didn't completely destroy his character in season 3....
I'm starting to get a little wary about this project. The reason the show failed in the first place was because they couldn't let go of the original cast... At first, it seemed like they wanted to make a rebooted show with a loose connection to the original. But now it's starting to look like they're bringing way too many of the original characters back.... |

"Heroes" Star Cristine Rose Returning for Revival
by Andy Swift June 10, 2015 ![]() "Heroes: Reborn‘s" latest piece of casting news is a real mother. Cristine Rose, who played the manipulative Angela Petrelli — mom to Nathan (Adrian Pasdar) and Peter (Milo Ventimiglia) — in the original NBC series, will reprise her role in the upcoming revival, according to E! News. Though details of Rose’s return are being kept under wraps, a quick refresher on her powers should be enough to get you excited for her reappearance: Not only could the devious diva see the past and future via her dreams, but she could also enter other people’s dreams for her own dark purposes. http://tvline.com/2015/06/10/heroes-...gela-petrelli/ |

NBC's "Heroes: Reborn" To Get New Tie-in Comic Book (Exclusive)
June 10, 2015 by Graeme McMillan NBC's "Heroes" revival is going beyond the television screen. British-based publisher Titan Comics will be releasing a series of comics based on the series, The Hollywood Reporter has learned. The new comic book series will be co-written by "Heroes: Reborn" supervising producer Seamus Kevin Fahey and Zach Craley, with art by Rubine. The first five-issue storyline will center around the origin of one of the television series' new characters. The series will be the second comics incarnation of "Heroes"; during the series' original run, DC Entertainment published a series of graphic novels collecting the webcomics created to accompany the show, some of which were written by Craley. Similarly, this will be the second time Fahey has worked on a comic book adaptation of a television show he's written for, following his "Battlestar Galactica" work for Dynamite Entertainment. According to Titan's publishing director Chris Teather, the new comic books are "created in close collaboration with the team behind the NBC show," with Teather describing them as "bonus episodes" to the television series. The series will launch digitally and in comic book stores this October, accompanying the fall launch of the NBC show. http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/hea...new-tie-801517 |

So... most of the stars coming back... and doing a comic tie-in again too... sounds a lot like this is slowly but surely becoming less of a reboot and more of the same, which is a shame.
