That's just their email template.

They don't change the words depending on the situation. So it may really just be "we will get those in a week from our warehouse, until then".

In fact getting this e-mail is actually a positive sign. I ordered the "Under the Skin" steelbook some months ago and I never got it. No e-mail. No nothing. They simply cancelled it a few weeks in. Although I had ordered it as one of the first people, when it went available again.

Just had a "we can no longer source this title" email

Especially "" cos some f*%^er stole my pre-order copy out of my mail box when it was first released!
