Also, the digital copy included with the BD is noted on the packaging to be the theatrical version.

what's funny is that Russell Tovey's cameo is ever so briefly extended but not by much.

the reinstated 'Number 1 / 2 bathroom sequence' is by the most bizarre sequence - it's sort of funny, but Scooter's expression mannerism aptly convey's it as just outright awkward.

IN case anyone is still curious...

Boomerang Thailand posted the backcover and MVD is just selling the HK release with Thai Censorboard approval stickers over the shrinkwrap.

So same disc as the HK and TW versions:

Only three extras, no extended cut or Statler & Waldorf cut/joke. Upside is it does have the DTS-HD MA track as shown earlier in this thread.

Quick question... were this movie and the previous ones not released in 3D for theaters? I could have sworn I saw The Muppets in 3D at the theater. I missed this one altogether, and looking to pick it up on video. But was surprised to see no 3D versions. Thanks!

Nope. So far, all the Muppet theatrical films have been 2D only. No 3D versions.

It is still open at Disney's Hollywood Studios in Orlando. It's fun but pretty dated now.

Ok, thanks all. Just seems a bit strange... I have seen MuppetVision 3D probably 10 times over the years, so it seems like Muppets should be in 3D to me!
