What other Arrow US titles are Limited like this one but aren't a boxset? And besides Contamination and Blood Rage, what other titles come with slipcovers?

No other titles have yet been announced with slipcovers.

Other limited titles include: Society slipcased edition, Massacre Gun, Retaliation, Stray Cat Rock set, Black Cats box set, and Battles Without Honor and Humanity box set.

I think that covers the limited US releases.

I finished watching the composite cut last night and I liked it but didn't love it. Even with all the extra footage from Woods, the film still didn't really have any context for its action, it still felt extremely scrappy but the gore effects are fantastic (even with the seams ripped right open by the quality of the bluray. Is that guy dead? I can see he is still breathing...) and I enjoyed both the score and performances.

hopefully diabolik dvd gets this in stock next week. I was thinking it would arrive this week. my indie store date changed to 12/15 the other day so I sent money order for it to diabolik dvd anyone else getting from their or elsewhere?

It was reported on the Arrow thread that some had received emails from Diabolik that there order was processed. I didn't get an email yet myself but I checked my order status on their site and it said mine was ready to ship. I'd guess it will ship out Thursday. :-)

Same here. I checked the site & it said ready to ship, then a little while after I got the email about my order being processed.

I know Thanksgiving is over.. but looks like Diabolikdvd.com now has at this moment over 50 copies of Blood Rage available under latest arrivals.

they got my money order I sent last week they have orders as far back as july for this title so I dunno when mine will ship

Got mine yesterday! It's definitely a middle to upper tier slasher. Great soundtrack too! And the transfer by Arrow is stunning!

I really enjoyed watching this for the first time. Will have to watch it again under better conditions (late at night) for a completely satisfying experience. Every time I watch a film in my favorite genre for the first time (especially a high quality version such as this) I always feel like it's just a test run. Even if I like the movie I'll always need to watch it again for the experience to solidify, if that makes any sense. Since I enjoyed Blood Rage on that first test run I think the film will become one of my favorites the more I watch it. Anyone else feel this way? It's like this with pretty much any movie I look forward to watching the first time.

It's seems pretty clear after this cluster F, that the release date problems and stock problems associated with arrow US releases are nobody's fault but arrows. Arrow might want to look into opening that US store asap or fixing that the problem. If their only option is going to be to tell me to use diabolik and pay $10 more per release to get my movies in a timely fashion then I'm going to have to stop preordering any arrow US releases and if I'm not preordering I may as well wait for the lowest price possible or not buy at all because let's be honest the longer somthing sits in my wishlist the less I care about owning it.
