Alright here it is and PLEASE READ BEFORE ENTERING YOUR CODE !!!
You need a Brand New e-mail for each movie in the same section. For instance If I get Animal House I can't get any other film with that e-mail in that section. You need an e-mail that has NOT been used to redeem ANY Universal title in that section. Also if you have hit 5 movies total with that e-mail you will loose it no matter if its from a section of movies you've yet to redeem from. They are keeping track.
So YES it will burn your code if you don't do this.

Actually, I just checked and "three out of four" is the current tally. So far I've had these added to my UV collection; I think "AAT" was delayed showing up:

FF7 >> Conan the Destroyer
JW >> Hulk
Minions >> An American Tale
Ted 2 >> ???

So one e-mail and you went for 5 movies in each one of the free movie sections ? If that's the case it should be fine and I would most definitely contact Universal if one of the movies doesn't work.

One email, and I got 3 of them (still waiting to hear back on the "Ted 2" experiment).

I never have nor will own any BD with the words "Pitch" and "Perfect" in the title.

Just tried to redeem my Ted 2 code for a free movie. This is my first time doing this for any Universal movie, so obviously they did not have my email address. I got the "Oops" server error. Not sure if it's worth contacting them. Has anyone received a response from their customer service?

Got the server error message as well, I've only redeemed one prior movie (for American Tail/Minions) and was trying to redeem for Bad Words/Ted 2. I'll try again tomorrow before emailing.

The oops error seems to be rampant.. They just better cover themselves for backlash if it burnt the code and its not justified as to why..

Let's hold off on any "backlash" talk. I haven't heard back, and we haven't seen reports of a fix to the issue, but it hasn't even been a day.

There's obviously a problem with the promotion. Let's let them fix it and/or get a response.

I totally agree. More of what I was saying was there's been reports of the oops error eating the code so it can't be redeemed.

On previous redemptions would just hit refresh until it would go thru, but this time it doesn't help
