Pardon me, but: ABSOLUTELY NO F***ING WAY!

I grew up watching this movie as a kid and loved the hell out of it. Recently caved and shelled out a good bit of money for a used DVD of it, didn't regret it at all, but hell, never in a million years did I think this would come to blu-ray. Didn't know others existed that enjoyed this.

Day one purchase for me, if that wasn't obvious.

Growing up in the 80s I somehow missed this in theaters. Was a little too young I guess as this was early 80s. This is one of my favorites from that time period. Hopefully they go balls to the wall full out with this release.

Its a good movie no doubt but i will have to disagree with your pick as i would say that title belongs to My Bloody Valentine. (1981)

Agreed, although I never really thought of it as a slasher film but rather more of a creature feature with elements of a slasher film

Hmm.

This might have to be my next slasher blind buy from SF. Saw the trailer and read up on the making-of and the cast and it sounds like I'll definitely be enjoying this.

Surprised it seems to already be uncut. Go figure. Now I won't be disappointed if the uncensored footage isn't on the disc!

My go to whenever there is an obscure bluray release. How the hell do we have this on bluray and not Hell Night?

There's no way it's not happening. There wouldn't be listings for it all over the place if they weren't releasing it. They just like to take their sweet time announcing titles for w/e reason. I don't understand why they can't just announce them all in one day like everyone else...
