Picked up my copy last night from the store....opened it this morning. No spine slashes and front cover was perfect...removed the j-card and bam somewhat notiable ding in the back..argh :O

Similar story here, except my dent was under the square sticker on the front. Part of me couldn’t help but laugh.

I went back to exchange it. (To make matters more annoying, I had to endure the newbie employee trying to tell me that they couldn’t exchange an opened movie.)

EDIT: On another note, WOW. The PQ on this disc is stunning.

My BB store, which usually empties the steelbook bin, has all three in stock pretty well.

I will say, Atomic Blonde BR Steelbook is selling more than the 4K.

My store is stocked up on all three of those titles along with loads of The Dark Tower and Spiderman Homecoming. Come to think of it, I even saw 3 copies of Wonder Woman last week. It seems like stock on steelbooks is getting a lot better recently.

Both the steel and the regular show up on the Black Friday deals page but they are the standard sale prices.

The online ad shows that Valerian and Hitman's Bodyguard movies will be starting at $14.99. And the only title at $14.99 when you click on it is Hitman's Bodyguard DVD.

Valerian DVD is also $14.99 and that's what was shown in the ad.

They really should have priced this lower if they wanted people to actually buy it at launch. Either that or include the 3D disc. Same price as the 4K version and $5 more than the standard Blu. My local stores still have tons of copies of this and The Hitman's Bodyguard. Glad I held off on preordering these - I will wait for a nice sale.

I didn't buy a single thing so far. The only thing I'm holding out on is Stranger Things tomorrow or Cyber Monday the latest. I buy nearly everything I want as it releases, not worth waiting months to save $10 bucks imo.

I was originally gonna buy 2-3 new release titles but after Best Buy's website screwing up for 3 hours straight it made me realize that I don't want them anyway. Best Buy's crappy website saved me $30 bucks, nothing wrong there!

Wow! Story time....

So, I ordered this and The Hitman's Bodyguard steels but the only option was free shipping. So, I had them shipped.
Package arrived last night and when I opened the package, there was an X-Men and a Batman movie in plasic along with my order form, stating the 2 steels.
Took the whole package to my local Bestbuy today and they returned and replaced one of the movies but, when they tried to return X-Men the system would not let them because they said Valerian was online only.
I came home and spoke to the sweetest southern woman.
She told me I had to return the X-Men by mail and she would re order Valerian and get me a $5 discount, which she did.
When they receive X-Men, I will get a full refund for 1 steel.
