Sorry if it's been stated already, but the UPC on the box from Black Robbin's pics matches with the UPC in the Target listing's description. So... there's a good chance they're the same item. If Target actually stocks it, that is.

Fwiw, I just had an online chat with Target regarding the steelbook pre-order.

I screenshot them telling me (which essentially means nothing, but still) not only do they exist, but it'll be here on Wednesday.

I'm a pessimist, so I'll believe it when I see it, but well, there ya go.

My Black Panther store pick up for tomorrow says it is ready, but not Rick and Morty Season 3 yet for Best Buy, usually they both say they are ready right now for tomorrow. Does anybody else have store pick up for Best Buy that it doesn't say it is ready for tomorrow yet?

There wasn’t a spot on the shelf at my Target this morning. Guess it really is a Best Buy exclusive. Putting in that in-store pick up now and just grabbing it after work tomorrow.

My local BB had 3 copies of the steel at open. I grabbed one, and a guy came up right after me and grabbed the other two. My $5 RZ coupon helped make the upcharge bearable.

This steel is a friggin' thing of beauty Morty, belch!!!

Edit: I just noticed that the disc fits a bit loose in the hub so I stacked my season 2 disc on top and now it's nice and snug and I have both seasons in one package. I never liked the packaging of season 2 anyway with no title on front or spine without the slip box. I have the first season on my ps4, got it digitally when it was like $8. Collection complete.

I got an email from Target this morning saying my order from the 20% off sale was backordered and has no current delivery estimate. I'm sitting tight to see what happens.

I've had this preordered from Best Buy for a while for in store pick up.

The thing that I find a little concerning is that the store has been opened for a couple of hours now, and my order does not show ready for pick up yet. Just that the preorder was placed.

My Black Panther Steelbook preorder (which was placed separately) was showing ready to pick up before the store opened today. I realize that is a much bigger release and they likely were getting all of those together yesterday into this morning.

But it's just weird that this hasn't become ready to pick up yet. They are normally very quick about it. And it can still be ordered online for in store pick up at this same location.

I'm planning to go there on my lunch break, but that won't be for a little over an hour from now. Hopefully there won't be any problems getting this.

If my order still isn't showing as ready by the time I leave to go there, I plan to go to the shelves first thing and see if they have this in stock, and grab a copy if it is, then go up to get my Black Panther order. If they don't have Rick and Morty waiting for me, I'll just see if they can process the copy that I grab (again, if there are any).

For the poster above. Go in and buy it no. Each store has 3 , they have screwed up the pick ups for this one.i just got mine. Loads of people have the problem for this steelbook. At the store getting the pre-order filled right now.

Edit: turns out the BB system didnt know it was supposed to be released today but they are on the shelves..... best to go in and get them,,,,
