"Glorious Purpose" was absolutely awesome! Out actions Falcon, out weirds WandaVision, and totally sets up nothing less than the fate of the entire MCU as we know it:

Damn, now that's a start! I love how weird it gets at times. Tom Hiddleston and Owen Wilson are fantastic.

I couldn't sleep so I just finished watching this. Really good stuff, I'm looking forward to seeing the rest of it. Much better then Falcon. Grips you right from the beginning. Phenomenal performance by Tom Hiddleston.

Genuinely strong opening episode, obvious has to bend over itself to justify it’s own existence for the first episode, but navigating the world building along with the wider reaching ramifications is made a lot of fun by the playful 60’s Art Deco design along with Hiddleston and Wilson’s chemistry and dynamic.

I think most importantly it plays towards Loki’s strengths that he’s a genuinely difficult to read and contradictory character, and I believe they’re quite wisely navigating around the more sinister, bureaucratic nature of the TVA that itself is a construct you don’t fully want to root for. Particularly with the anti-hero nature of the show, you kinda want Loki to play them and win out by the end.

I just hope it avoids falling into thin fan baiting that WandaVision ended being burdened and overshadowed by.
