Though the package looks to be incredible, I can't own this film.
My neighbour (at the time of original release) had a Saint Bernard that I absolutely adored.
I felt so sorry for the dog in the film, I just couldn't buy the release.

I feel extremely sorry for the dog in this story. That said, I own both U.S. Blu-rays and have this one on the way! 😄

Wasn’t expecting the paper to be so glossy and floppy compared to the matte Arrow, Second Sight and 101 Films uses. I’m so used to ‘hard boxes’ coming with posters or lobby cards I never use if anything it feels like something is missing, even though it isn’t! The reverse art with the fence is definitely what I’ll go for.

Interesting to note the bonus disc obviously cost money to produce, encode and replicate, but no BBFC submission costs as it carries an E ‘rating’.

"Now, there's a new name for terror.."

That has to be one of my favorite taglines ever.

Looks great! I'm not one for posters, but this is one of those cases were they could have included the poster with the commissioned artwork. Graham H always does a great job.
I'm a bit disappointed they decided to go with that cover as I find it a bit plain and simple. Its effective but kind of boring, I would have prepared the one with Dee Wallace and Cujo's menacing reflection.

Thanks for the tip, just ordered. A bargain at that price.

Never heard of the company before but their feedback is fine. No reason to believe they are dodgy at all.

I'm sure I've used them before.

Just wondering what their packaging will be like.

Anything from a thin jiffy to a box with extra bubble wrap. Who knows. I can deal with minor corner dinks etc, I'm not full on OCD like others here.

That happened with my Ring set. I did get it in 2 days but, they took their sweet ass time sending it. Was thinking that would be the case with Cujo but, it's due to arrive this Thursday now.

I would try contacting them to see what the hold up is.

I got mine earlier today from Amazon UK. I only paid £2.23 shipping in a larger order (£19.25 total) but they went ahead and shipped it separate via UPS...so it arrived lightning fast within 2 days.

It looks like a really nice set, it'll take forever just to get through all of those bonus features!

It is mentioned here by The Mole,

There are two versions of CUJO. The US version and the international version. Both are in fact uncut.

The international version was shown in cinemas e. g. in the UK and Germany and was released on VHS e. g. in the UK by Imperial Entertainment and in Germany by Warner Brothers. It is shortend in some plot scenes (especially the whole "Sharp Cereals" plot line is heavily reduced) but has a more "explicit" sex scene between Dee Wallace and Christopher Shone (you see them heaving sex and her having an orgasm, but Dee Wallace wears a red sweater, so don't expect any nudity).

The US version has about four minutes of additional plot and replaces the sex scene whit an after-sex scene with Wallace and Stone lying in bed and Stone playing on a trombone.

Since Republic Pictures own the worldwide distribution rights to CUJO the US version remains the only version in circulation and it is the only legal version available in HD (some German bootlegs reinstated the sex scene into the US version from a VHS source).

So, to answer your question: The Blu-ray will contain the uncut US version with more plot but missing the sex scene.

Honestly, the sex scene is so unrealistic I'm actually glad they cut it out. I mean, who has sex with their clothes on??

Same here, but it arrived looking like a postman used the package as a soccer practice.

Apparently, you’ve never been so horny that you couldn’t be bothered to waste time on clothes shedding.
