The digital copy will be released two days after D23. I'm pretty sure the official trailer will be released sooner.

I was just referring to them announcing all of the titles that will be coming on 4K. Not an announcement for individual movies or official trailers.

Don't you think that's a bit late? I don't think they'll wait that long to announce it. That would only be a couple of weeks ahead of time.

They’ve never been part of the premium lines and are still readily available, no need for a re-release.

With only a couple months until the projected release date, we can probably expect an official trailer soon, along with DMC mailers, etc.

The digital version will likely be available just around / after D23 though, given they usually spring up one or two weeks ahead of physical media.

Well there's a live action Mulan coming next year, so I suspect we'll see a 4K release of the original.

Mulan was already re-released to add the Digital copy in 2017.

Plus the Live Action isn't too far away so something surely will be done regarding a UHD--- though Dumbo didn't get anything new at all

I highly doubt we’re going to get 4Ks of anything other than the Renaissance classics from the Signature line. But happy to be proven wrong.

And those catalog MCU 4K covers... what complete trash.

I wish I could go with the steelbooks for the majority of them, but as I have a 3-D disc to add to the package in most cases, I need the regular amaray version so I can swap out the 2-disc for a 3-disc.

For steelbooks that have an open side I use CD hubs to add the 3D disc.

I'd wonder if it would still have Mulan II.

Mulan made less than Pocahontas, 101 Dalmatians has a better chance of getting 4k.

Does anybody really care that much about Mulan anyway? That movie is just okay.

I'm actually a really big fan of Mulan, I think it actually has a lot going for it. Plus Reflection is one of my favorite Disney songs.

They are releasing Pixar's mediocre films, there is no reason they wouldn't do the same with WDAS' digital films. Once I saw The Good Dinosaur getting a 4K release, I just knew that everything post Little Mermaid would get one.

The cover is fine enough, better than Diamond... sort of like the Platinum DVD. They really should have changed the Aladdin image/pose though.

I still don't get why studios under Disney's umbrella have such crappy designers, but Disney proper actually knows what they're doing. Why didn't Disney step in and straighten them out? lol

I don't get the hate for The Good Dinosaur, it's not nearly as bad as some other Pixar movies

Disney's not going to take the time and use the money to upgrade most films in 4K, so I don't think they'll do a 4K for it, any film released in a previous 2 movie collection, or any other movie released without a special line label attached to it... with the exception of Fantasia but that's only because it's supposed to be added to the Signature Collection line, and Fantasia 2000 could go either way. It being theatrical could help in it's favor though because other sequels are DTV and get pawned off to DMC, so Fantasia 2000 would probably at least get a wide release.

I'd be surprised if anything not in before Tangled gets a 4K though, but I'd gladly pick up some.

The live-action remake was solid. Definitely better than the Beauty and the Beast live action. It seems the general audience seem to agree as well. The RT score at 56% is a joke. Sorry critics but you all need to take off your nostalgic glasses, pre-determined biases and all that non-sense about no one replacing Robin Williams, too much women empowerment and all that blah blah blah out the door. Wil Smith was great!
