I always said they can get everyone to come back for a Blu-ray since they all seem to do group interviews at conventions and things. Would love to see more 80s teen comedies come to Blu-ray with some features. I have a feeling the price point will be like $27 like Real Genius.

I’m happy to have the commentary track, but I was sure hoping for a talking heads featurette. Then again, I just watched the Teen Wolf doc, so I think I’m feeling a bit spoiled right now.

But I’ll take what I can get. Really looking forward to this.

As a young lad in the 80's I recall many a times standing in the aisle at Blockbuster starring at the box art to this VHS tape. I was putting that in the ol' memory bank for later use. Good times.

Kind of bummed Zabka won't be a part of the extras, but his starpower's kind of risen lately with the popularity of Cobra Kai. Either way, not a huge deal and looking forward to this release. The hdx transfer on Vudu looks good. Hopefully the 'new 2k remaster' referenced in the marketing is actually a new scan and not just recycling the scan used for the streaming services.

Nice to hear about this, I discovered this only about a year ago and loved it. Transported me back to the 80s they really somehow captured the atmosphere

Random trivia: One half of the screenwriting duo was Jeff Franklin, the guy who went on to greater fame for being the creator of Full House. He also apparently co-wrote and is credited for the screenplay for Summer School.

To bad Buddy isn't on the track, but he talks on the reunion video on YouTube. I remember hoping my mom wasn't in the room when she revealed the goods on cable back in the day, didn't want her to think I was a perv. If I turned it on before the boob shot I was always like hell yeah I didn't miss it. Such an 80s gem.
