Really curious to see who they cast as Thrawn.

I've thought for years now that Michael Fassbender would be a superb choice if they ever decided to use Thrawn in a film.
Its heavily rumored that Thrawn is played by Lars Mikkelson who voiced the character in Rebels.

And the same members who complain and ***** and piss and moan about Star Wars quality are the same ones who will sit up at Midnight the day the episode drops just to watch. You are not the exception just the standard.

Yeah, this looks good, this looks really really good. Obviously, the story remains to be seen but that was one hell of a trailer. The only nit-pic I have is that I wish Sabine had her iconic short haircut and not have grown it out. But that's just a small thing that I can overlook

I think at this point, if you don't like the Sequel Trilogy, you don't like any of the new TV series, if nothing they have done since 2012 was enjoyable to you - it's time to move on.

I think the ST is hot garbage, but I have enjoyed most of the TV stuff (I just haven't gotten in to Andor yet). But if I didn't like any of it, I'd only have myself to blame for still paying attention after a decade, and I'd just let it go.

100% agree. Not a fan of the ST at all, but for the most part I've really enjoyed the TV stuff.

Hera seems a little miscast to me. She doesn't seem to have the presence. Wish they had used her voice actress. Sabine looks good, Zeb looked good in the other show (hope he's in this). I am optimistic. I do wonder what happened to the Imperial guy who joined Zeb at the end. Excited to see Thrawn and glad they mentioned Heir to the Empire. Maybe this will try to bring the Zahn novels into the official timeline a little?

It looks like Ahsoka meets Ray Stevenson’s character in the World Berween Worlds. It’s hard to tell because it goes by so fast.

It looks cinematic. As if it could be released for and shown in movie theaters. Excellent music - is it pre-existing trailer music by the likes of Two Steps From Hell, or an actual piece of the Ahsoka score?

In comparison, the latest episodes of Mando looks like cosplayers in a desert and an SNL sketch starring Jack Black and a rapper I'm not familiar with. The schism between the two is mindboggling.

They have confirmed it's gonna be in the show.

The two inquisitors (Ray) are working for
[Show spoiler]Elsbith (She's in the trailer as well for a shot). She was mining Corvus for some kind of mineral that will help her get to Thrawn. She's either a former inquisitor or a nightsister (Rumors point to both maybe). The 3 of them leave during the show to get Thrawn. The Ghost crew goes after them to get Ezra after the new republic refuses to help or believe that Thrawn is coming or a new threat is rising.

Rebels crew. Thrawn. Heir to the Empire. No breakfast with mommy scenes in sight? I'm down.

This would excite me if I knew who any of these characters were. I never watched the animated stuff.

I didn't find Mando Season 2 to be very good either. Each episode was clearly just filler meant to showcase a new character to spinoff for their own show and this Ahsoka show is living proof of that. But everything you listed above turned out to be 10x worse so I'm in complete agreement.

You'd probably have time to catch up if you wanted to.

Or don't, and just learn about the new characters when they're re-introduced.

As a fan of Rebels, I'm in! But seeing as most stuff lately have been disappointing, I'm keeping my feelings in check.

Wouldn't it be funny if Ezra messes with the timeline again and wipes out the sequel trilogy?
