My store received 2 copies. I ordered one for pick up, here's to praying that it's in great condition.

Been watching for this for a while, the bestbuy site was just saying "coming soon" until today, and could only do store pickup which I just did.

I have to say its a shame to see how alot of the fun is being taken out of these releases. From the scumbag scalpers on ebay that just buy them to turn around and re-sell them. To the neurotic collectors that buy up multiple copies in case one of them gets damaged in the mail. Life tip: You should be more worried about the scratches and dents in your heads that are making you do that.

Never said that, but how much easier would it be to rectify those situations if there wasn't this frenzy of scalpers and backup copy collectors buying everything up before the damn release date?

I see your point about scalpers but not about people needing to order multiple copies to get a good one. If retailers properly packed these things people wouldn’t need to order multiples.

And they now canceled my ISPU because it was “unavailable”. That’s just perfect.

Edit: Was able to pick another store and it didn’t get canceled.

Got mine and it's in immaculate condition, thankfully.

Funnily enough, the guy in front of me was bugging the cashier to find the other steelbook on hand. She seemed irritated and told that customer there was nothing she could do. When she rang me up, she said "oh YOU'RE the one who bought the last steelbook. That guy ahead of you wanted it so badly. Too bad for him." LOL

The back ‘art’ on this steelbook is so bad. I knew I wouldn’t like it from the pics but it was even worse in hand.. I really hate this steelbook. But glad I bought it because my friend couldn’t get one and so I gave mine to him at cost. For now I’m just going to stick with my iTunes copy since it’s been upgraded to 4K.

Managed to snag one for ISPU. The two nearest stores either didn't get any or they sold out before I could order at 230 this morning so sometime in the next few days I get to take a 150 mile road trip to pick it up. Hope it's in good shape cause it's sold out everywhere now around here.

Wow! Not many movies I would do that for - if any haha!

Could turn out to be a fun road trip though.

Lol yeah there have been a few road trips in the past couple years. I will normally try to find other places to stop along the way to justify the trip. Haven't really looked into what's around this store though since I've never been to this one before.

I would definitely call first to make sure the spine ain't slashed. The most common issue it seems with steelbooks.

I went to two different Best Buys to get my two copies but they were less than 20 miles away.

Didn’t think was going to be able to do an instore pickup last night, but luckily i was able to and it was in mint condition.

I was able to order one for ISPU on the morning of release day.

There is a part on the edge of the spine where the paint has been scratched off and it sounds like the back disc (blu ray?) is loose, but the rest seems okay.

I can't complain given how quickly these went.
