Oh i'm well aware steelbooks were priced at 34.99 in the past as I own many of them and had to do the dance with Best Buy and their shipping costs...

My dance is that I ordered two, got free shipping, and sent one back on their dime. Though to be honest I always did this ever since I moved a gazillion miles away from the nearest one. Even when shipping was free, everyone got points, and people saved 20% off on videogames.

yea i dont blame you there... I at least have 2 stores within 10 minutes of me and a handful more within 30 if a shipped copy arrived damaged...
i still miss being able to pre-order a movie weeks in advance for store pick-up... I'm not getting up at 1am to order it the night before...

Image previews are getting less reliable these days. I'll bet a dollar that the Disney 100 steels are going to look a lot better in person, for example.

Audio on this one is one of the worst even for Disney. I know Disney is not something good to be expected from Atmos, but this one.
Man, movie was/is great, definitely on pair with 1st one, but when i listened to it i got feeling that it's sound was made and is playing on CAN speakers...

Undecided which one to get. Leaning toward Wakanda version. Wonder which one is going to be the better seller. One thing I won't do, though, is buy both.

I went with the Namor one. Both aren't that great, but I like the colors and flow of the composition.

Saw the film last night on Disney +, it was way better than I expected. Letitia Wright, Lupita Nyong'o, Danai Gurira and Angela Bassett gave really, really strong performances.

Anxious to watch it as we didn't have work/school the past couple of days, but my wife and daughter are not fans of superhero movies haha.

Its good, in the sense of academy award performances, especially Basset. I did not think the idea of continuing the franchise without Boseman would work. But Coogler put a lot of attention to the dramatic performances and the action sequences are big.

I agree with most of that except that I felt they spent too much time introducing the new race/people for a sequel... It kind of slowed stuff down too much for me. And then I caught myself comparing the underwater stuff to Aquaman and that it seemed like poorer quality here. And that every other scene was so damn dark

it was hard to make out a lot of things going on.

I might actually pass on this altogether unless a sale comes up. I feel my Best Buy days are coming to a close with my store closing last October... I don't want to go shipping only with all the issues I've had in the past couple years

Any chance this will go lower in price by release day? Even the standard 4k version is $36.99 and every other place it is priced at $29.99 before sales tax but Best Buy seems to have jacked the prices up on everything.
