You're talking about that series with the alien girl that effectively Kidnaps an earth reporter to be her husband right?

I liked it well enough, it does tell a complete albeit very truncated feeling story.
I felt like I was missing so much of story and it as a result it has a nasty whiplash effect, but like I said, I still got gist of it, still it would of been nice if got just a bit more time to explain things.
One the most standout things about it to me was a after sex scene with a furry. When I first saw that, it honestly took me by surprise.

I highly doubt that'll get any kind re-lease sadly, you're stick with the CPM run of it.

Fun little show, (love those old OVAs with the giant space ships) be nice if they could find the masters and make a blu-ray but doubt anyone will bother.

I have the dvd release of the Outlanders ova and I've also read the manga it's based on and I can say it only covers a very small section of the manga. So read the manga, it's pretty good.

I watched the first three seasons of High School DxD but just couldn't get myself to see the 4th season because of the art style change.

I like the first couple of seasons of Queen's Blade but that one went a strange directed after that.

eh the art style change isn't bad and season 4 is honestly way better than season 3 story and ecchi wise. I don't know what the hell happened with season 3 but they practically ruined the anime for me there.

Watched Redo of Healer not too long ago.

Definitely not for the faint of heart and I wish the sexy times were a little better. But overall, I enjoyed it a lot (8.5/10)

Art style changes have always been a big deal to me. Especially when you really liked the original art style. Luckily it is rare in anime to change like that during a series run. Though budget issues giving subpar animation can still happen more often.

It's usually more about skill and time available rather than budget, and the connections the staff has as most of the anime industry is freelance.

I literally had to force myself to finish the series and I was pretty disgusted with the way the lead character treated the females (and everybody else for that matter), needless to say I'll never watch it again. 2 out of 10 possible points.

Yeah, not a fan of revenge fantasy, especially because the creator is angry at his D&D players for making fun of his player character(s).

Honestly, I was more disgusted by how the MC was mistreated

His terribleness was just fun to me since I just can't separate the fictional aspect of things. It's also why I can't take horror movies and "haunted houses" seriously and usually laugh at the scares.

I liked his older stuff but the most recent stuff I have seen are some colored pages in the doujinshi put out by a hentai group called Hooliganism(Google at your own risk)...not a fan. It doesn't suit his cutesy style IMO.

The last bd of Ayakashi Triangle was released a few weeks ago so now I can finally finish it. It's got a lot of jiggly boobies attached to great looking anime women so what's not to like?
