The price on the French site gives some hope each film will have its own box. The 2012 complete collection blu ray with discs stuffed in one case was only $30.

... new transfers in 1.85:1, and cleaned up DTS mixes wouldn't hurt ....

almost a guarantee it will be available, the director made comments about it on her social media.

Highly unlikely since it was not made by either warner or new line. in reference the crystal lake memories was never included on the official boxset a few years ago.

Yeah that would be about $160 US. I was expecting a cheap crappy box set like they did for their blu ray collection but this has to be a fancier box set I’d imagine for that price. But then again this could be some weird France exclusive set that the US won’t get for all we know. The US usually gets screwed on these types of things with other countries getting cooler stuff. Assuming the listing is legit.

Not sure if it was mentioned, but FNAC also has a separate listing for the third film releasing the same day. Would be weird if they skipped a solo release of the 2nd, so I imagine that would come earlier next year.

If the films are getting separate releases and there’s nothing exclusive to the set then I might get the sequels separately since I already have the first film.

I have a very big feeling they're gonna do individually sold steelbooks for the sequels, like warner have done for the ocean's trilogy and rocky 4k set for example. Glad this is even a option for those who just got the first film on 4k recently
