Must've been in the works for a good while. I love the short wait time between official announcement and street date. This is how it should be for every release.

Who knows what they're working on right now that we won't know about for months. Slow going but I anticipate every announcement with excitement.

Was already reported weeks ago. They announced Sound of Music and Rocky Horror earlier this year. And we know Tron and Tron Legacy are coming. Sadly wouldn't expect much else this year. Disney being so conservative...

Not in North America. Disney, Sony and tbh even distributors like Lionsgate, Paramount and Warner have also been doing more and more steelbook only releases in North America.

Gotta get used to it. Especially in Disney's case since they have never reissued any of their steelbook only releases later.

Your only hope for a standard release is if the UK gets one.

Based on the ancient extras it's the same old Blu-ray however if so they have made a mistake on the aspect ratio since Blu-ray.com has it listed as 2.39:1.

My guess is it's been changed to 2.40:1 for this release so they made a mistake for the old one
