LIKE I SAID, I buy from this guy all the time, does he have connections, dont know, are they stolen, dont know. But the thing is I DONT CARE, all i know is that I just watched Iron Man and your youve spent hours making pointless rants. This is official, stop being a hater. BAR CODE - 9736138574 proof of purchase - 13857 any other numbers you want to know!!!!

anyway, here is my PQ/AQ review that a few people asked me for:
A/Q- 4.5
P/Q- 5

this is one of the top blus with cars, nightmare before christmas and transformers.

Normally I dont watch the bonus features but since i got it early i owe it to you guys, so I did watch some of them. The 7 part making of IRONMAN in HD WAS AWESOME!!! It was really in depth, not the normal 20 min peice of crap, it gave detail about the suit, pre production and more. Good Stuff

Right on man. Good to hear that the BD is great. I loved the movie in the theaters. Dont listen to the do-gooders who try to make you feel bad about getting something early, i think that dude is just jealous.

Tower.com does ship early from time to time, but they have not shipped out Iron-Man yet. Alexakajeff always post random posts....most of them being a figment of his imagination.

When i went to go pick up the movies at Paramount, the person i know (shes an agent) told me that workers could buy the movie for $25, which i think is a great price especially if you get it this early lol

While some bootlegers, think they can get away with simply copying the whole inter sleeve of the DVD that has the whole white-barcode, they can never duplicate the paper used and that's another sure give away that something isn't so right. Better yet, the size of the white-bar code is another simple issue. . .If copied, it can't be exact in size to the original and sometimes not even well read! There are shady studios in Eastern Europe that now can duplicate an entire DVD package, right down to the face-plate of the disc itself. However, they can never get the right ink, paper and contrast to fully copy the original. They can come very close and have fooled an expert, but a studio engineer once told me that if it isn't the cover or paper that's a sure give away, it's the disc itself that never has the right solid structure or feel to it. Forget about all that nonsense concerning identity codes and special identity keys on the discs. . .They can be broken into and duplications made! However, I will say this: That disc purchased at the fea market may very well be a legitimate copy. If so, then why would it be sold at a fea market, weeks before the actual sales begin? What excuse (if any) can the seller give as to why he or she has come into possession of a title that isn't available yet? Of course, I'm sure the buyer doesn't really give a hoot, if they are satisfied with the purchase. Yet, judging by how the item was purchased means something isn't so right here, because of this simple question of why the disc has showed up in a place where there are no rules or regulation to the sale and purchase of merchandise, that leads to speculation that if the DVD is legitmate, we are then talking about something that fell off the back of the truck!!! However, I'll get off my high-horse and say: I couldn't careless what somebody wants to buy. But, coming on to what is supposed to be a ligitimate web site and brag about having found a title not yet available on the standard ligitimate market is very, very foolish and rather childlish to say the least. It's just simple common sense to realize what's right and what's wrong and I need not relfect upon this issue any longer!
How embarrassing.

The discs have been done for at least a week now.

Not Iron Man. The source (alexkajeff) is lying and a post*****. I gladly bet my account on it, and if the mods see fit to take it, since they wont deal with him, then so be it.

Can someone please explain to me what he means by this. Is there a different ISBN than what is usually right above the barcode, because those seem to be identical on all copies of DVDs and Blus. Is there another ISBN somewhere that is unique in someway?

Also - can't get the same kind of paper!?!? Wow.

And this is a big problem with society these days. Not trying to call you out specifically, but everyone should care if they are buying stolen merchandise.

And while I don't agree with most of what Blu-RayLover said (or how he said it), I do think there is a VERY good chance this copy of Iron Man was stolen, and I think it sucks that people don't seem to care.

Heres what the ISBN # means, nothing like what dude said
Quote:
Does the ISBN-13 have any meaning imbedded in the numbers? The five parts of an ISBN are as follows:
1. The current ISBN-13 will be prefixed by "978"
2. Group or country identifier which identifies a national or geographic grouping of publishers;
3. Publisher identifier which identifies a particular publisher within a group;
4. Title identifier which identifies a particular title or edition of a title;
5. Check digit is the single digit at the end of the ISBN which validates the ISBN.
