I'd bet the other two will be on sale the week the 3rd one comes out. That's almost always the case. Personally, I'm pretty excited to pick up the new one. I already have the first two.

I'd certainly wait since you are less than 2 months out on that.

I'd be shocked if those previous editions don't go on sale around the release date of 3 ($9.99 would be my expectation). They certainly went on sale when 3 was hitting the theaters, and they came with movie cash to boot.

The Blu-ray discs are the same as the initial releases. The only thing different is that they include a DVD bonus disc containing a couple of shorts. In fact, the bonus disc is the same for both releases.

I always do this weird thing where I think I don't care for animated kids films, but then every time I watch one I end up enjoying myself and wonder why I never watch them more.

I've seen this one before years ago around the time it came out. However I re-watched it last night, and man it is such a fun movie. It's not lacking in entertainment value at all.

As for the quality of the actual disc, it's a really good one. I'll probably watch the sequel tonight or tomorrow.

The KFP movies are all great, but the second one might be the best.

Was going to re-watch the 1080p discs on my 4K TV ... until I saw How to Train Your Dragon in 4KUHD. Seeing how the HDR was amazing for that movie, one can only see the potentials for Kung Fu Panda with HDR.

Really hoping Universal re-releases the trilogy soon in 4K UHD discs ... and not mess up with the audio dynamics.

Having never watched any of these films a day in my life and wanting to check out more animated films… I blind-bought the Kung Fu Panda Collection for my Prime Day haul.
