Might have him check with Tyler first. Shopping for those are about $50 so Tyler may be competitive with price and they would be new.

Hey, wanted to say thanks to tommy,sandman for putting up a few pictures, this is my first set of dynaudio speakers and I am very pleased. I was surprised by the bass the x16's produce considering their size, and their build quality is exceptional. I find them to be detailed , and produce a very open soundstage. I did try to re-purpose a set of mirage stands I had laying around but are not working out, the proper stands will be the next order of business.As Tommy says I don't post to often, however I read many of the posts and have learned a great deal from many of the members on blu-ray, including most of Tommy's friends on blu-ray...and so I say thank you... to all of you. Now back to some audio heaven....

Great to see some people excited about the dynaudio series. Ive had a chance to listen to the xeo4 and xeo6 series and have been absolutely impressed. We also have the Focus 400XD and both the Xcite 14 and 34 available for demo listening which should knock your socks off! If anyone finds themselves in the Vancouver, BC area and would like to give them a great test drive let me know. Definitely a ground-breaking audio company that has some forward thinking ideas for the future of speaker creation.

The new Excite X18 ($1800) and X44 ($5500) are now available and can be see on the Dynaudio website. The X18 takes the woofer and crossover from the Focus 160s but changes the tweeter and overall cabinet design to reach the lower price point. The X44 is similar to the Focus 380, but the cabinet and Esotar2 tweeter are changed and there's a change to the woofers and crossover. Mid-range drive unit stays the same.
