Is it too late for me to request my copy be hand delivered by Chingmy Yau or Maggie Cheung? Perhaps both, but, would that be selfish of me?

Hi

I just received my replacement disc today but encountered a problem:

I was watching the film from beginning to the 6:33 mark when suddenly the film freezes after 6:33min and skips to the 8min margin. My BR player is fine and not even the orginal disc has that problem.
Gonna try and ask Eureka to send me another one if possible. There are no scratches on the disc whatsoever. I like the envelope it came in though.

I have also tested it on my PS4 and still the same problem!

Damn. On Amazon it’s now at “Ships within one or two months”. Great. Now I can’t have both Police Story and City Hunter ordered and ship at the same time.

Also, does Eureka charge VAT for international customers?

Mine arrived this morning too! Had the day off so I got to have a full on Police Story day! Mono is clear and correct, Subs are spot on too.

Hats off to Eureka! Keep this up and I'll be skint.

I don't know what's up with Amazon UK, but I've had delivery problems with the recent orders I made with them. I live in the west coast of the United States. I ordered a blu-ray back in June. The supposed delivery date came and went. Two weeks after the supposed delivery date, I emailed them and they apologized and shipped me another copy overnight express. The original order never came. I ordered the Police Story box-set on August 25 and it was suppose to arrive by September 14. Today is September 24th and I still haven't received it yet. Possibly another lost package again. The shipping method, which is through ASENDIA, does not come with tracking info.

Disc plays with no problems on my PS4.

(I have only watched the first 10 minutes, though).

Hi

Just received a reply from Eureka. They will send me a free replacement for my replacement disc.

TBH, althoughI didn't notice it, but I think there's a small scratch that is kinda hard to see, but it's kinda there. I was about to go to a disc repair service nearby but will wait until I get my replacement. Looks like I'm unlucky then.

Got my replacement today, too. It was sent to Germany.

Can anyone name a few places in which one can clearly hear the difference between the old and the new Cantonese mono mix? I listened to the opening action scene on both discs and to my ears they sound pretty much identical.
