Has there been any word on the street regarding whether B&N is going to do an Arrow sale for the holiday season or is it safe to assume they're not continuing with the tradition?

Just an FYI, to keep in the back of your mind, Grindhouse Video will be closed the month of January for inventory. This includes the website, so get any preorders in before then if you want to.

When they come back online, Mike has said they will be having a clearance event for stuff that just isn't selling. A lot of DVDs, but could be more. Stuff marked down to $2-$3 each and maybe even some at $1...

I just used a Mar 2020 $10 code on their most recent 50% off sale, so you should be fine.

I got two pre-orders, The Roaring Twenties and The Heroic Trio, for 30% off but they still totaled barely over $75, so I got free shipping. Then I had a $50 gift certificate. So I got both for $32. A pretty good deal!

I also have $50 to use from previous points. Might pick up Days of Heaven. I want to pick up other Malick titles, but I am hesitant in case they are also being upgraded to UHD.

Speculation last time was that Criterion put the kibosh on simultaneous sales and that’s why the Arrow one was in August.

Arrow's Yuletide Frights sale is still ongoing. My guess is that precludes Arrow products from simultaneously being on sale at third-party retailers. Perhaps when that's over, a B&N sale will happen?
