AWESOME WORK !!

May I ask if you could create such artwork for the Pixar movies too ?

This would be an outstanding collection and I would love to use them !

Thanks & Greetings from Germany !
Thanks. Yes, I do plan on doing PIXAR films eventually, but I want to wait until all of the Disney Classics are released in the US before I dive into the next project.

Hopefully the rest will be announced soon so I can finish them!

I see your missing The Rescuers Down Under and Oliver and Company. Are you working on those as well as I would love to see them.

Rescuers Down Under is paired with The Rescuers on the Blu ray in the US. Can't separate them.

I found a scan for the DVD version of "A Hijacking" here - http://www.customdvd.org/forum/showt...2012-DVD-Cover

I'm just wondering if anyone is willing to turn it into a blu-ray version or if anyone knows where there is a blu-ray scan floating around anywhere? Just PM if you can create a blu-ray version from the DVD scan or if you can get or find a DVD scan, will be greatly appreciated and we will work out some form of compensation.

Unfortunately, The Rescuers Down Under is only available on the same disc as The Rescuers (at least here in the US,) so 'The Rescuers' collection includes both of those films.

O&C is done, as are all of the other films that have been released in the US. I am still waiting to hear whether or not Aladdin, 101 Dalmatians, Tarzan, etc... are going to be Anniversary Editions or Diamonds or Special or whatever before I finish them, but in the end, all 53 DACs will have a cover.

Here are a couple WIPs I've been playing around with...

As much as I like that cover, it's awesome by the way. I can't help but think that it needs to be a little more colorful for christmas.

I had Nissen revisit this cover and updated all the special features for the 1 disc, uncut edition.

Anyone by any chance, willing to make one big 10 disc Quentin Tarantino set but includes Grindhouse (it feels like one big movie plus it's 1 disc) and also From Dusk Til Dawn for obvious reasons. It would go something like this.

Reserviour Dogs
True Romance
Pulp Fiction
From Dusk Till Dawn
Jackie Brown
Kill Bill 1
Kill Bill 2
Grindhouse (1 disc)
Inglourious Basterds
Django Unchained

The retail set that's out now which does not even include Django Unchained is so expensive at $80 still.

Anyone up for creating a custom cover for something like this? If so, i would bow to you enternally. lol

Or perhaps a huge Quentin Tarantino/Robert Rodriquez (2 volume collection) using two 8 disc cases with an extra spot in each volume for any bonus discs that needs to be held in. Something like this.

Volume 1
Reserviour Dogs
Natural Born Killers
True Romance
Pulp Fiction
From Dusk Till Dawn
Four Rooms
Desperado

Volume 2
Jackie Brown
Kill Bill 1
Kill Bill 2
Grindhouse (1 disc)
Inglourious Basterds
Machete
Durango Unchained

Just wondering if anyone has a really great custom for Lawrence of Arabia? I'm going to head over to all the usual spots to look but thought I would throw it out here first.

Just wondering if anyone's made any custom covers for the Halloween films based off the old original VHS releases like with other films.

Can someone tell me what kind of paper to buy for printing cover art? I want to buy the same type of paper I find in a lot of my blu rays, but I don't know it, and all I currently have is standard white sheets.

Also, does anyone know the exact size I should make the cover if I were to put it in one of the slightly bigger cases? For example, cases like you've seen with Fringe, Nikita, Farscape, or Supernatural?

I've been wanting to print a Grimm season 1 cover art and use a standard plastic case, since it originally came in a cheap cardboard packaging.

Decided to go ahead and buy IMANDIX Cover Pro thanks to Nissen's recommendation. It's super easy to use.

FYI for those throwing requests to the wind: most of the designers in this thread make covers for their personal use or by commission. Charity is rare.

Edit: I don't mean those asking "does anybody know where I can find X for Y or Z?" but those asking "can anybody make an X with Y and Z for me?"

I use HP brochure paper based on a recommendation I saw either here or elsewhere. There's some concern over colors bleeding on an inkjet, but I've printed 3-4 covers on it with good results.

Horizontal sizing for covers differ depending on the width of the spine (standard case is 11-12 mm, brands vary on brand) but the vertical height for a standard (ie, non-Criterion) cover is 5.827" (148 mm).

I just finished my custom cover for Halloween: Resurrection. If anyone wants a copy, PM me. The resolution in this image has been substantially reduced.

Cheers!

A few months back I got The Complete History of the Return of the Living Dead book and was surprised to find out that aside from the sex scene near the beginning she doesn't get "naked".....for the scenes where she is "zombied" Mindy Clark is wearing a full chest piece that was molded after Leanna Quigley's chest from the original.
