1,000+ 1,500+ 2,000+ Blu-ray Disc Collection Club

Didn't realize it, But I passed the 1000 mark some while ago (1028 right now but that includes pre-orders and stuff that still hasn't reached me). I think Disc 1000 was the BFI edition of FW Murnau's classic horror feature Nosferatu, which is not a bad choice for a landmark . For a long time, the title had been on my wishlist, mainly for James "Hammer" Bernard's score (I also own the Kino and Eureka/MoC releases ), and I snagged it when it finally reached what I considered a good price.

Yep, no question about that. It took me 11+ years to get to 1,000. One year and two months later I'm now over 1,300.

Just for reference, when you add a 4K disc to your collection on this website, your blu-ray total increases, too. Thus, your blu-ray total already reflects your 4K disc collection.

Just passed 2,000 - I like to go through my collection every 6 months or so to purge any I don't see myself rewatching, so we'll see how long I stay there!

The title that pushed me to 2,000 was "The Good Die Young", great noir import from the UK with a very young and beautiful Joan Collins.
