I had an issue with Amazon to. The Beauty And The Beast 3D Blu-ray should have lenticular 3D slip. I received a regular slip copy....

I mean this is the first time I had a pre-ordered blu-ray that didn't come with the slipcover when it was supposed to, I only did it because I have prime and I get free release date delivery

i would return it, i mean its the same price on Amazon as it is in stores.. actually i think you save a buck with Amazon..

While I've never had an issue with a slipcover from Amazon, I do read about it a lot. Amazon should have a checkable box that denotes:

Slipcover Yes/No

Obviously that would never happen, but it would segregate those that care, from those that don't!

So all those people that make it a point to rip up their slips, would never be burdened with having to do that again....and those that like their slips, won't have to listen to them.

Apparently the UV code included with the 3D packs redeems in 3D on Vudu. So far it is the only 3D title you can get with a UV code, even though Sony also put out Arthur Christmas this week. Very interesting development.

Also, I picked up the BB steelbook, even though there will probably be a price drop on the standard 3D edition and then I won't be able to get a price adjustment. But the steel sure is purdy.

Well I just talked to someone from Amazon and she said she can't guarantee that I will receive the slipcover if I exchange it, but she could just refund me $5 back...so I just took the $5 refund (save some more money). I could always just purchase the slipcover to someone that's willing to sell it for a reasonable price.

i went for the BB 2D version bc the reviews for the 3D version were subpar...the SB looked ok, but I couldnt justify the price for it. My BB had tons of the SB as well.

Picked up the Steelbook with help from a $5 reward zone coupon.

I didn't see this in the theater..I watched it this afternoon. Overall very good. I liked the different take on his origins. Garfield/Stone worked well together. Garfield is more likeable than Tobey Maguire that's for sure. Emma Stone was great as always. The supporting cast with such well known actors was surprisingly weak.

As much as I liked this..it still can't top Spider-Man 2.

Looking forward to the next one.

I got one, but my upper corners are all dented thanks to their stupid bubble mailers. Tempted to go buy a good one at Best Buy and return it with this slip.

I understand that there are 3 discs (Blu-ray feature film, Blu-ray special features, DVD) inside the case, but I really hate that they used a thick case for this instead of the standard size. They did the same thing with The Smurfs. Totally unnecessary! 3 discs can fit in a standard case if they just used their brains and the right case. The slip for this is so tight that I can hardly get the damn case out! Damn you, Sony!

My slip from BB comes off very easily...don't know why so many say theirs were too tight. I actually tried over a dozen copies & they all came off rather easy

Got my copy at BB. I was in Target, and the exclusive in my hand and I was in line at CS to pm WM or Amazon for $18.96. Then I just got the urge to go downstairs and get it from BB. So that's what I did...No extra DVD for me. I'll look for the extra content on YouTube (assuming what was posted Wed night was not actually "A Hero Will Rise", as it was titled).

Can someone tell me the size of the case used for the 2d Target exclusive? It seems larger than a standard case.

It's most likely the thicker Vortex case.
