Awesome that the Wii U version seems to be getting DLC support. I happily stand corrected on that.
![]() I have a Wii U internet connection question that I'm hoping someone can help me with. I have no problem connecting the system to the internet (I'm actually typing this from my game pad), but I am having problems finding previously established and saved internet connections on the system. I have taken my Wii U to my mother's house on a few occasions, the most recent of which was earlier today. And I've connected to their wireless internet with it twice, with today being ome of those times. Since I can't find a list on the system of past internet connections, I end up going to where you set up a connection in the main system options menu. I noticed that when I connected at my mom's house today, it registered their wifi as 'Connection 4,' and then when I got home later and connected it back to my internet via the same method, it registered as 'Connetion 5.' Presumably Connections 1 and 3 are also my wifi at home, with Connection 2 being from the last time I connected at my mom's place. The problem is that I can't seem to find an option ANYWHERE on the system to simply choose a previously established connection, and my concern is that eventually I will hit a limit in the number of connections that can be saved to the system. I tried googling this issue, but none of the results were applicable. Most just dealt with problems connecting to the internet at all, which is not the issue I'm having. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I'm probably missing something simple, but for the life of me, I can't find it. |

Reports are coming out that Human Head actually did the Wii U port of Origins. Human Head is/was the the studio behind the Prey series on PC & 360.
http://nintendoeverything.com/human-...ins-for-wii-u/ http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_Head_Studios Also reports coming in that that Wii U version of Origins is the best console version with better lighting, higher fps, higher resolution, and less bugs than the ps3 and 360 versions. ![]() Last edited by RaijinUT; 10-28-2013 at 02:30 AM. |

Haven't played a ton of Sonic Lost World but so far I like it. The sense of speed does feel slower but it makes total sense. These are very complex levels with tons of traps & enemies that can kill you.
Now ramp up the speed & you have epic fail mode on. ![]() |

Finally took the plunge earlier, getting the New Super Mario Bros/Luigi bundle, physical copy of Wind Waker, and the new Batman game.
It feels good to be jamming on a Nintendo system again. I've only played Luigi so far and it is surprisingly challenging. I'm really looking forward to Super Mario 3D World in a couple of weeks. |

![]() ![]() Was meant to be the hard one of the two. You will able to run through the Mario one in your sleep once you are done with Super Luigi U. |

New Super Luigi U was primarily developed as DLC. It's not that big a leap to think the bundle would include Mario Bros U & Luigi U with only the NSMBU box and disc, with NSLU already in the system memory.

![]() One of the improvements with the Day 1 System update for Wii U was Internet Stability. With an update of 5GB, that wasn't an easy babysitting job because the WiFi kept dropping. The PS4 is only 300MB which should take around 5 minutes or less depending on Internet speed you get. The Xbox One is rumoured to be 1GB at launch. Neither console will have issues with its WiFi antenna's so again having a good Internet connection, this update should take around 10-15 minutes. From my entire gaming memory, the Wii U had the worst update for a launch console ever in my experience. |

wiiU update was less than 1 gig, Nitendo EU seem to be better set up it tho, as most EU people got the update download in less than 30 mins, wander will the xbox patches fix the issues with the system running games in 1080p, third party launch title are normally rushed jobs, the part I find funny about that is half the people winning used to believe the 360/ps3 games were all 1080p because it said 1080p on the back of the box ![]() |

As per Wii U Launch file, I believe I had 28GB free of 32GB after 1st update. Actually the more I think about it, the Wii U patch was 4.5 |
