It's a DVD pretty much everywhere else. Cheaper to mass produce for Universal.

Target bonus discs have always been DVDs. It's nothing new, and it's usually the case everywhere else.

Also, why would they produce blurays for 30 minutes of bonus material to begin with lol

IA. The tin looked and felt cheap. Now if it was actual steelbook with a round top, that might be a different story.

Why wouldn't you want that? lol Paramount exclusive bonus discs are usually all the extras on a separate BD. Sometimes they repeat, but sometimes they're extended as well.

I'm just glad to be getting exclusive content on a physical disc.
DVD or Blu-ray doesn't matter to me; they're just bonus features, not the actual movie.

So just to confirm, Target has an amaray (NOT tin) 3D release that comes with the bonus disc?

Got the 3D non tin edition this morning.

My Target put up a big fuss about honoring the 15% off a JW toy when one buys a JW blu-ray. Something about that it's only good if you buy the Blu-ray. I was like huh? I had to point it out that there was nothing in the ad that excluded the offer with the 3D edition.

Also the non tin edition scans at $30, had to get a manual override.

Target Target Exclusive

Curious. Was the popcorn/soda cup suppose to contain the movie's images like pictured on the sticker? I was given a regular Target theme popcorn bag/soda cup

Should anyone be interested, the items found on the UK & Australian bonus disc are:

Classic Jurassic (SD; 7:08)

Building the Gyrosphere (SD; 4:17)

Your Host For Jurassic World... Jimmy Fallon! (SD; 2:34)

Jurassic Props (SD; 9:28)

The Experts (SD; 5:23)

The Sounds and the Fury (SD; 12:21)

The Target edition seems to be missing 10 minutes of the above.

Target stores should have gotten special bags and cups with Jurassic World art on them. It depends on whether the person working there is willing to open these and use them.

Curious to know this since I was there midday when I claimed it. Either they ran out from store opening to midday or they are in fact being given in the regular Target theme.

I actually think there was no special bags or cups. It was just for demonstration purposes on the sticker but I could be wrong.

Apparently Target's disc has all of those: https://forum.blu-ray.com/showpost.p...postcount=1422

Can anyone confirm that this "30 minutes of exclusive bonus content" on the HMV Canada Exclusive is in fact identical to Target's and also on a DVD?

As I'm already getting the Target 3D Exclusive, I don't want to open this HMV Exclusive unless it's confirmed to be different. I'll just return it if it's in fact the same.

Thanks for the help.
