Yep, already tried with their "contact us" button on my order page... they wrote me back asking for my order number. What a joke of a system lol

that thing never works. it shows a picture of the item ur contacting about like its linking them in with the order but when u get the reply back the order info is no where to be found in the email. i dont even bother with the contact us page if i want to email them i just manually email customerservice@bestbuycanada.ca with the order number in the subject field works way better this way.
