I've gotten an infraction from him before. Meh

This is not a family site. Families don't know the difference between Blu-rays and DVDS.

My blood sugar has been 100+ 3 times in the past 5 days but my 7 day average is still 86. About to go downstairs and cook some chicken to have chicken wheat soft tacos as my final meal of the day.

Thinking of buying a second house even though my current house is underwater by about 50%. (Yah Central Florida housing market!!

) Thinking about renting the current house out, but man I have a serious lack of trust when it comes to people, and I imagine that they'll (1) destroy the house I've poured money into, or (2) flake out and leave me with 2 mortgages. (or both!)

Anyone have any experience carrying 2 mortgages and/or being a lessor? I'd love to chat about your experiences.

I wouldn't do it. From everything I read and see, property "owners" have very few rights these days. Just look at all of the people refusing to pay their mortgages and refusing to leave the homes they aren't paying for. Then you have renters doing the same because it practically takes an act of God to physically evict someone. Though I've never been a landlord, I would never consider doing this in today's market/environment. Waaaaaay too much risk.

Sorry to hear how the market has affected you. I know that really sucks. My Mom has a vacation house in Cape Coral. I tried to convince her to sell it back in 2006-7 when she had agents begging her to put it up for $450K. She declined, and now she'd be lucky to get $230 for it, which is not much more than what my folks bought it for back ~1990.

I think it is cute when the guys are shy and start getting nervous. Then it becomes my task to make them comfortable and hopefully laugh. Then they will remember to not miss their appointments. RAWR

You should try to make Mac more assertive as well then, he strikes me as a very shy and introverted person.
