nice 5 man hard crota run this morning! our swordbearer did an excellent job taking down crota on our first try.

got
Fang of Ir Yût
Bane of Dark Gods
S-13 Graverobber
from crota

and got a dragons breathe from the witches

Do you all want to do 1 normal and 1 hard run? I have yet to complete a hard run.

My thought process was to do 1 Normal and get to crota, then get the checkpoint for Crota for the other 2 alts. Then run hard on all 3 and then finish crota on normal on the other 2 alts. Don't you get double rolls for materials / guns on hard like in VOG?

Doesn't that save you a bit of time instead of doing the raid 6 times?

I'm just curious.

I'm just curious.

you lock yourself out of the normal loot if you do hard Crota first. you get double helm chances, double exotic chances, and a chance at the non-primary weapons. its the opposite of VOG and the rest of the raid.

I read snakes post wrong, that was kinda confusing. in a nutshell, do normal before hard.
