I am not an SEC fan as a rule but this would be absurd. I'd take a 3 loss SEC team if necessary to put at least one of them in the playoff.

Ha ha, good one. They'd still find a way to get two SEC teams in. I mean that was a real quality loss by Auburn today, they should move up if anything.

You'd really take a 3-loss SEC team over a 1-loss Oregon/Arizona State, TCU/KState, and Michigan St? I could see a 2-loss over Michigan St, but not a 3-loss.

I would take a 3 loss SEC team over a 1-loss Michigan State team yes. *EDIT* Well, I admit that would depend on the losses, I'm assuming none of them would be to Vanderbilt.

Much like my complaint from the SEC 3 years ago where the entire conference had one good OOC win, that's the Big 10 this year.

And that 1 game, Indiana over Missouri, is probably the biggest anomalous win of the year.

The Big 10 has had a lot of chances to win big OOC games this year and have failed over and over.

A 2 loss SEC champion would most likely make it in over a 1 loss team from say the Big-Ten or Big-12, but not a 3 loss over a 1 loss. In any case I'm sure there will be at least one SEC team than finishes with no more than 2 losses to make it in to the playoff.

Only if it's the west. If UGA or Mizzou wins the SEC, they won't make it.

Wow, Utah WR Kaelin Clay gets bonehead play of the year. How any player can still make that mistake after all these years is beyond me.

And nice play by Alabama to sucker the LSU linemen into a personal foul.

Seriously. What's even the point of dropping the ball after you score? Hand it to the ref in the back of the end zone or on your way back out.
