No, it was a legitimate question. I've only seen The Elephant Man and it was quite some time ago. I've gotten some great suggestions. Thanks, everyone.

I think you're referring to David "The baron of blood" Cronenberg also known as the goat in the horror genre.

Lynch would be fitting to wash his shoes, or give him a camera to record his films.

Cronenberg > Tarantino, Fincher and Nolan.

I love his films because they're all experimental, and unique. Even Cosmopolis, there is a lot of ambition in his smaller films, and a sense of being an auteur who does not need to be a box office hit.
