I think it's boring, and there's no action going on at all. All Bond cover arts have had some form of action going on, even if the cover is minimalistic. This is just a pose with a gray background.

I mean, obviously this is all extremely subjective, and at the end of the day it's a Blu-ray cover, nothing to actually whine about here. But since you asked, I figured I'd toss in my two cents.

I think that this is a nice cover, after all, Skyfall cover was the poster.
Maybe they use another picture for the steelbook.
