Unfortunately this isn't completely unexpected, as the preorder states the Digital Copy is only accessible thru Vudu only. That's why the slipcover doesn't have the iTunes logo, since you already have the digital copy in your Vudu account. Last edited by disneywildcat; 03-17-2014 at 05:47 PM. |

My issue is with no DMA access to frozen due to walmart vudu peorder is other movies that were digital copy + where DMR was entered still give you the DMA access even though you redeemed code thru vudu or other service. So technically disney movies are not all in the same service as what DMA was intended.

Unless Vudu ran out of the preorder editions to send, then they would send the retail versions (reportedly this has happened with The Lone Ranger). |

Well, with 5 different Vudu accounts, that doesn't change anything, as that means you have 5 Vudu Digital copies (1 in each account). Unless you are lucky to get the retail edition sent, I doubt your codes will work for DMA or Digital Copy+.
Also, for future Disney preorders thru Vudu/Walmart, I recommend checking the Disc Registration section of DMR to see if there's a Walmart Presell edition being made for the movie preordered (or any other version being made). Probably should have done that myself before redeeming the code. Oh well. |

![]() Nope, but that's why I am able find it listed. Only titles not in your DMR account show up in disc registration. When you enter a DMR code, it registers the copy. Disc registration is another way you can register your discs. Last edited by disneywildcat; 03-18-2014 at 05:51 AM. |

No. The DMR code from the Walmart/Vudu preorder only provides DMR points, and doesn't provide access to DMA.
Here's a picture of both inserts. The left comes from the Walmart/Vudu order. The right came from Target. However, I entered my Target DMR code into my account (which I had also entered the Vudu preorder DMR code) and it not only unlocked DMA, but also gave me 150 points. So I think it will still work as long as it is a different SKU with a Digital Copy. And if there's ever a 3D release with a digital copy, that should work too as 3D Blu-ray would be considered a different format. |

Did you find them at Walmart? Was it a card on the shelf? I haven't seen any at my stores...
