Nah, it's literally the 1997 photoshop job, just redone. Superimposing the one on top of the other reveals that Jack, Rose, his hand, and her hair are all separate elements composited together. They must have been in a rush if they couldn't get the two actors together in the studio for a quick snap, so they ended up with this. Tbf no artist could have made this look natural. The problem is the concept not the execution. It looked alright back then because the ship and clouds ended up covering most of it. Now it's front and center.

One of the featurettes in the BD was a slideshow of promotional posters for the film. When you watch it, it becomes clear that they had a lot of options for the 4K cover art which makes their choice even more frustrating.

I think this picture is part of the base of KW's Rose Red Dress for the photoshop with LD. Likely at least two to three different photos for Rose alone.

There has been a lot of manipulation of the geometry in order to make her body-form to accommodate the embracing pose.

Rose's upper most torso and shoulders are not congruous with her lower torso and arm.
The upper embroidery of the dress has actually been extended into the upper portion of her waste in order to create a more define boundary line below Jack's arm.

Rose's arm has been mucked about due to the different geometric changes of the two halves. Her arm has been elongated and changed in width.

If they had actually took a photo of the two together in a similar pose it would be physically impossible to replicate that pose.

Rose's right side resides in a cavity that is wholly unique to the two dimensional plane of a photoshop job within Jack's upper torso and arms.

The bangs for Rose hair come from somewhere else.

On Jack's right side, Roses left side, her bangs reside within their own sphere of influence. So powerful are those bangs that Jake's right side is both elongated and bent around that hair in order to complete the embracing pose.

The right side of Jack's jaw and neck exists within part of Rose's neck and upper shoulder.

Jack's photo base is likely at least two different photos. One from when after he has been freed from being cuffed to the piping and another from when his head was lowered like that.

Her shoulder was simply dislocated at the time, and her left boob actually grew out from under her armpit so it shoots out to the side. It's been known to happen.

Unfortunately that what it seems, same with Canada but looking at the price tag in USD As much as I am a big fan of the movie I just went with the Standard 4K for this one
