I've been thinking of getting the steel book version...does it include the fake trailers?

Yes it does. The feature is the same version as found on the US release. Although I haven't looked at the special features as the US release contains the trailers individually and the Hobo with a Shotgun trailer on the second disc.

Eco cases don't bother me at all. I just hate the Blockbuster dvd cases. Anyone got some eco cases they're not using they'd like to sell?

I have both as well. I can't get rid of the US release because of the awesome slipcover! The question is, do I get the individual releases of each film?

Same here. I would love a about 50 different colored cases but they are waaaaay too expensive. One thing I have been considering is buying in demand imports from France and reselling the discs. A lot of French releases come in colored cases. I have no idea how tl get these cases at a reasonable price. Maybe a giant group buy of like 1000 cases or more.

As neoz said, ebay. It's more than I'd like to spend but some cases look so much better in black! Not all, some look better in blue or green. Wish I could get some red ones with the Blu-ray logo...

It has cost me probably $75 in the last year, but I have eliminated all of the eco cases from my collection. Artwork damage with Rain Man was the straw that broke the camel's back.

Use HD DVD cases. They are cheap and no one can tell from the spines.
