Yes, it is a German release.
I bought it from Amazon.de for 5 Euros.
They have raised the price now, it is €13.66 now.

Hey guys quick question. With the Best Buy Upgrade deal where you can bring in dvds and get 5 dollar coupons, can you use it towards box sets? I heard the movie has to be at least 9.99. Is this true? I didn't know exactly where to post this so sorry about that.

you could use it on any blu-ray over $9.99.

I would have been all over those Bond releases if they had featured the theatrical cover art work. That would have made them more so 'exclusives'.
