I don't think I've ever seen a different poster or piece of artwork used to advertise that film.

For those who came in late, this was made to emulate the 80s home video releases of MGM. I used to love this design though it may seem quaint by today's standards.

Shout Factory is releasing TREASURE OF THE FOUR CROWNS on DVD (no 3-D or Bluray) but I will finally be able to fill the empty case sitting on my shelf with an official release instead of the VHS Rip thats in there now.

Why type of paper stock do you use for your slipcovers ? I've been trying different types but no luck

I think I've already asked this before, but do any of you actually paint? Have any of you hand made a cover? I'm not sure if that's how to say it, and I'm by no means trying to be disrespectful.

Are you asking if any of them actually use their original images? I don't think so. They use other artists images and arrange/modify to make covers they want (usually better than the retail).

Depending on how the discs are stacked (they could be annoyingly stacked on top of each other?) I'll have a spare 4 disc case (same size as a single disc movie case) that has seperate holders/trays

I'm pretty sure they weren't stacked. I believe they came in a 4 disc case with separate hubs. One disc goes on the inside of each side of the case, and then there is a "flap" in the middle that holds two more discs (one on each side). I'll double check it later to be sure. I put the discs in my custom case shortly after getting the set, so I haven't really looked on the inside of it since then.

FYI, I double checked my season 3 case, and it does have 4 separaye disc hubs. Hopoefully yours will be the same when you get it.

While I was at it, I decided to make one for the sequel, wich I love as well, even though it's not out on Blu-Ray yet (assuming it will be, one day)

That's what I meant, I figure in a thread like this there would be a couple of artists. Still some amazing covers in here, though.

I feel like it kind of makes a link between the SEs and their opposite rather than just being another GOUT version.

That said, I love Struzan, but don't like some of the choices on his SE covers. ESB Leia on the ANH poster, for example.

No doubt Struzan is a master and has many iconic posters - my favorite probably being Temple of Doom
