Another reason is if a user accidentally clicked on the username of the thread starter when the intent was to click on the "Go to first new post" icon.

Funny you mention Lord Summerisle, as I very nearly chose that one instead as I do love The Wicker Man as well. However, Scaramanga is a good villain too so in the end I opted for that one.

Indeed he was. Other than his TV work, the only major films I've seen him in (other than Wicker Man) is Who Dares Wins, and Christmas Carol. I'm sure he's done more.

He brought huge weight to every role. I loved him in Common As Muck as well.
