It wasn't that he had people post then cut the number, with Frozen (esp Olaf and UE in the first round) he practically couldn't have cut it exactly bc the posts flooded in so quickly lol.

I would think that anyone 'in before the lock' will be safe. Don't forget, some copies are being held back for 'round 2' so it could just mean less 'round 2' copies.
