"The Holdovers" was put up last week, and it is 29.99 to buy in any format, SD,HD, UHD. But I rented it for just 5.99.

I primarily use vudu and Amazon and it’s $19.99 to rent on there.

If it weren’t for the length, I’d have gone to see it in theaters by now. I had to go to the can two to four times each time I saw Titanic and for each Lord Of The Rings movie, each of which are similar in length.

Especially right now, with my bladder seemingly weakening.

I’m sure I’ll enjoy Killers Of The Flower Moon very much. As much as Once Upon A Time In Hollywood and The Wolf Of Wall Street? Most likely not.

Strange. Wonder if they changed it? On Tuesday, I rented it for 5.99. 6.90 after taxes. On Amazon.

Lucky me, damn. I still haven't opened it, yet, either. Waiting for the wife and I to align to watch it. Have it for 30 days if I don't open it, yet.

Someone jump in and see if you can get Killers at 5.99 the first day, LOL.

I already saw it three times in the theater, and am getting the 4K/blu ray steelbook next month. So, I'll likely wait for that.

Hmm. If this is getting a digital release tomorrow on most platforms, I would assume a physical release isn't that far out.

Oh, it is that. But.... contrary to what most people have described, it also is a gorgeous piece of cinema, that blows by, and even has a fair amount of humor and wit to it, too. I've seen it three times, and it really just flies by, now.

It's faster paced than it's given credit for, too. It does require patience (and an attention span), but it doesn't stand still, either.

It's getting the digital rental release tomorrow, but then it will have to premiere on ATV+ first, and finally (maybe) on disc. If it happens, it'll be well into 2024.

That's what I was thinking initially, but now that it's going on sale digitally with other online options outside of Apple, I could see a physical release coming out much earlier than expected. I wouldn't be surprised if this got a physical release by March 2024 through Paramount.

That's an import. I'm talking about a proper domestic US release. Granted, should one not materialize, I will consider that Italian one. Gotta make sure it's English friendly.
