Ah ok. Guess the Red Dragon UHD was bought for the BD. Still by my math $15 per UHD item including the boxset is pretty cheap.

You may want to cancel that last order then, as Andor is 4K only.

This is surprisingly a BF win for Amazon. Picked up Andor, Moon Knight and Columbo for free after picking up 9 various 4Ks that were already discounted. Paid around $130. Crazy good deal.

Second order to get the Columbo The Return to go with the first set. Had a hard time picking since I have tons of movies already (5000 or so) lol

Just FYI, I got the Columbo sets today and they were packaged in thin paper envelopes with no protection (as per Amazon's usual these days). "Columbo The Return" arrived unscathed but the larger 70s set had damage to all of the cases. Mostly just broken pieces of the centre hub, although a couple of the cases did have separated spines. Discs look okay except one that exhibits the vertical scratch pattern that is commonly found on discs pressed by everyone's favourite Mexican plant (so probably not caused by the damaged case).

My set came with a couple of the 4Ks yesterday, in a box. Condition was okay, but the slipbox is definitely not the best, as it is bending on one side. For how much it costs normally, I expected a bit more. Still better than those studio Blu-ray and DVD sets where they put all the discs in a giant clear case.

The 4Ks that I got were in great shape and had the folded plastic instead of the reseal one. The Oppenheimer 4K disc was the first time my Samsung player was unable to play a 4K disc, but the issue was not due to a scratch but instead gunk on the disc tray. Wiping that away with a microfiber cloth fixed the issue. Even gassy discs have worked without cleanup, for me anyways.

True, but the Blu-rays are still cheaper, and most of the titles I want are either Blu-ray only or 4K only.

What? It said Star Wars: Andor - The Complete First Season [Blu-ray] (Bilingual) in the title, but now that I look closer the format does say 4K and the image also says 4K.

Dang, I think you're right.
I think this's the real Blu-ray edition. (Stupid Amazon!)
https://www.amazon.ca/Star-Wars-Complete-Blu-ray-Bilingual/dp/B0CXY5NLX3/ref=tmm_blu_swatch_0?_encoding=UTF8&qid=&sr=

By shear coincidence, I did cancel both my orders an hour or two ago.
We have more than one creditcard on our Amazon account, and I clicked the wrong one.
Oh well, thanks for letting me know.
If those orders, are succefuly canceled, I'll try to see if the Blu-ray SteelBook is eledgable. (It isn't)

On top of all of this though, the two copies of Avatar: The Last Airbender I ordered for my niece & nephew arrived wrecked today.
I just requested a refund, and ordered them again. Hopefully, I have better luck this time, or I'll have to get them something else. Sigh...

Yeah, got my 1970s set today, it came in a bubble mailer and there are 4-5 broken pieces of plastic, half the discs were loose and the box has a few dings. Obviously for the price I paid I'm still very happy with my purchase but if I had paid full price for the set I'd be disappointed.

Columbo: The Return is no longer on the free list. I was considering it, but was hesitant because it is cropped (and is barebones in terms of features).

Amazon tends to be good at that, if stock is available. They did fulfill all those $12 Mission Impossible and $14 Indiana Jones 4K pack orders a couple of years ago.

Sometimes the price errors get cancelled. Probably due to RFDers abusing it.

The 70s Columbo set is gone from the free list. It's officially Columbover.

Pulled the trigger to get Leviathan 4k for free.

No interest in Columbo. Though I did happen to see a set on sale at Walmart for $55. If you guys that missed out want to check there.

Going to wait and see if some movies I’m interested in getting drop in price and are eligible before this deal is over and I may go for another dip.

WM appears to have the DVD Columbo set for $55 not the BD.

My bad. I didn’t give it a good look, just found it interesting to see it with all the talk about Columbo this past few days.

My Columbo 70s arrived in pristine condition, in spite of the chincy envelope packaging...now what to watch first Columbo or Paw Patrol the movie?
