Damn lol. I just bought the Indicator release. I wish they started releasing his movies that have not been released prior. St Ives, Telefon.

I haven't seen the Indicator release but the review below suggests that it was using an older master. Not sure at this point whether Kino Lorber will use the same master as Indicator or if they will get a new 2k or 4k scan.

I would assume that the "Breakout" announcement means that Kino Lorber possibly has the other 3 Bronson titles that were on the Charles Bronson 4 Movie Collection set with "Breakout" that Mill Creek released a few years ago, as they were all Sony movies: "Hard Times", "The Stone Killer" and "The Valachi Papers". I would guess that we will see them from Kino at some point.

Quite possibly so! It really does look like it’s going to be a Bronson kinda 2022 at KL. We already know about “The Great Escape” and KLI has already mentioned a new remaster of “The White Buffalo”. I’m also really hoping for “You Can’t Win ‘Em All”.

Bring on the Bronson!

Read that earlier, and boy, Svet sure does wish that Robert Ryan was in that film.

FYI that Kino Lorber is having one of their periodic sales. Some of Bronson's Blu-ray titles are on sale, including:

Rider on the Rain - $9.99
Cold Sweat - $9.99
Chato's Land - $11.99
Breakheart Pass - $11.99

Chato's Land and Breakheart Pass were just released last month by Kino with new 2k transfers, so if you've been considering picking them, this might be the lowest price you find those two titles for awhile.

Also “Vera Cruz” is on sale for $11.99, also a newer release, and it, CL and BP would likely come with slips.

I own the Twilight Time release of Chato's Land. Is the 2K restoration a huge improvement to upgrade?

Update from Kino Lorber Insider as to the release date of their upcoming releases for "Violent City" and Breakout":

"Violent City will be released in May. We're hoping to also release Breakout around the same time."

Kino Lorber Insider has "Murphy's Law" listed as having a February 15th release date from Kino Lorber on a competing site. I'm not sure if we are allowed to link to competing sites or reference them, so I won't link for that reason. No details on the release were given other than the release date.

Murphy's Law is up on the Kino Lorber website:

https://www.kinolorber.com/product/m...dition-blu-ray

No mention of a new scan, so I assume that they are using an existing scan. Special features are listed being:
Audio Commentary by Actress Kathleen Wilhoite and Film Historian Nick Redman
Lyon`s Law: The Cannon Years - 2021 Interview with Actor Robert F. Lyons (19:24)
2 Radio Spots
Theatrical Trailer
Optional English Subtitles

The audio commentary would be the same one on the Twilight Time release.

….and the same commentary on the 88 release from just this year. Doesn’t have the Mike Malloy featurette from the 88, but looks like a similar release to the 88 probably with the same scan. I’ll be curious to see if KL keeps the 1.85:1 AR that the 88 has or if it’s opened up to 1.78:1 like the TT.

Good news that KL is keeping the Bronson coming!

Does anyone know who is currently holding the rights to Death Hunt? That one I missed grabbing years ago and would be nice to see it get a re-release if at all possible.

Just a guess but maybe SF since I believe that’s who released the latest BD of it. Like I said though just a guess.
