Haven't watched those yet, but the deleted scenes are great. Shoulda kept them in the movie...

My best buy only had like a dozen shirts.
They were all gone by 1005 am.

Everyone picked the film up and the shirt.

Large size only. Wont fit me.

So, I asked them to PM there website, which has it for $24.99 and they did,
after checking there website using a smartphone.

I was thinking they should have made an extended version and included a lot of the deleted scenes.

I noticed a slight bit of film grain but not a ton of grain, no.

The "Directors Cut" will probably be released some time next year, with the deleted scenes
added back in and a Dolby Atmos and or a DTS:X track.
Anything to get you to double dip.

Picked up the Target exclusive 2D tin. Packaging is fairly well done, and the sleeves are actually the best ones i've had. You definitely should not have issues with scratched discs.

The spine of the 3D copy goes perfectly with the 3D version of Jurassic Park which is nice

I really love the 2.00:1 aspect ratio. It looks very cinematic.

Default MY Biggest Release of the Year!

So being a die-hard JP fan, I've been looking forward to today for a while. I couldn't wait to add JW to my shelf and have it sit next to the other movies in the franchise. Right now, my plan is to get all of the individual store exclusives.
Coincidentally, I was out of town today visiting some old friends (I took the week off for vacay and the JW release :P), we ended up drinking wayy too much and I missed the action for this morning. So I started my shopping around 11AM.
I first stopped off at Target and was happy to see them fully stocked with everything. I bought the 2D Tin exclusive and also 3 JW toys (Charlie, Delta, and Echo "growlers"). When I went to the cashier, the toys didn't ring up. So after about 10 minutes in customer service, they gave me the 15% off on each toy and an "apology card" that took off another $3. So I left pretty happy from Target this morning.
There was a Barnes and Noble right next door, so I inquired about the B&N poster exclusive. They had the posters, but GDamn, the regular tin was $34.99 and the 3D Blu tin was $49.99. Hell to the no. Hopefully I can find them on eBay.
I purchased the Walmart lunchbox and then went to Best Buy where I bought the first 3 films tins and the Limited Edition giftset. I ended up visiting 4 different Best Buys today and NONE of them had the free shirt. So now, I'm trying to get mine. If anyone has a shirt they don't want, lemme know, PLEASE!
So now I'm on the lookout for the BBY shirt, B&N posters, and FYE tote bag. Any assistance from anyone looking to get rid of 'em, let me know! SO cool to see people buying this movie and dinosaurs ruling the earth once again ;D

I will look and see if there is any of the tins and make a choice then.
I like the tin collectible. It seems very sturdy, and as other viewers mentioned, you can prop it up like a stand. There's a stand on the back of the cardboard packaging. I have the tin for Jurassic Park 3 - but AFAIK from the many pictures posted online today they're identical to the tin used for Jurassic World. I'm not crazy about the fact that the movie is encased in a cardboard sleeve inside the tin, but I can live with that.

I picked up the lunchbox Jurassic World from Walmart this morning, and the Jurassic Park 3 tin from Best Buy this afternoon. Will probably order the T-Shirt online from Best Buy sometime this week. That will complete my Jurassic Work/Jurassic Park collection.

I was at B&N this afternoon. I'm almost positive JW was 30% off for non-members, with an extra 10% off for members. I could be wrong, but you might want to check again.

Yeah, I like it as well. This is one of my first blu rays that I noticed that aspect ratio. Having a 47" TV and 2:39:1 AR makes my TV look that much smaller.

Thank you!! I made it to Target, and from what it looked like they had exactly 3 left (they had a ton without the "exclusive content" sticker on them) so I made it just in time. Thanks again. Love that we have blu-ray.com for things like this!

Jurassic World was sitting at UPS for 2 days.
Took 3 and a half to get from Kentucky to New York and has been sitting there for almost 3 days now.
It isn't scheduled to be delivered until Thursday night. UPS always comes by around 6pm...

JP1, which was damaged, was re-shipped and is supposed to be here tomorrow... -__-

Yea, now that you mention it, I think you're right. On the display they just had the regular blu, the tin, and the DVD. I was thinking of getting the amaray 3D edition, but it didn't have a sticker showing the % off and it didn't come with a slip! So I didn't even bother asking about it. I may inquire again this week though. Thanks for the reminder!

Anyone having any trouble watching the 3D version?

Samsung Blu-ray/Samsung TV/Sony Receiver

Getting a "Your 3D Set-up was not detected" screen - it's disc native, it's something on the coding of the disc, not a message generated by my Blu-ray player (it has JP pictures).

I updated my firmware, and still - no go. Never seen anything like this before - won't even let me get to a menu. Only thing I can do is eject the disc.

I even toggled my TV's 3D mode manually, glasses connected, whole nine yards - and nope, it's got me gated.

Recheck your HDMI connection.
